This is not a fight class. This is character architecture. The Kids Induction is three structured sessions designed to show your child — and you — exactly what BJJ builds: focus, resilience, and the discipline to lose gracefully and try again.

Safety first, always. Session One establishes the rules of the mat, teaches basic movement and posture, and gives your child their first experience of structured physical education through BJJ.
Professor Helder personally assesses each child's coordination, listening skills, and readiness.

Session Two introduces playful resistance. Your child will learn what it means to try, fail, reset, and try again — in a controlled, safe, supervised environment.
This is where grit is built. Not through force — through repetition, patience, and non-violent problem-solving. Parents often report visible behavioral changes after this session.

Your child trains with the full VIBA Kids group. This session focuses on teamwork, respect, and celebration of effort — not performance.
Professor Helder speaks with you and your child at the end of class. If the fit is right, he personally extends the membership invitation.
